Supply Chain Management

How We Work

We recognise that we have responsibilities not only towards our customers and employees, but also to the countries and communities in which we operate. Our values are based on achieving certain standards in the following key areas below.

Partner Code of Conduct

This Partner Code of Conduct (“Code”) sets out our (“Principle”) principles and expectations as to how organisations who supply goods and services to Principle (“Partners”), including their representatives and employees (together “Supplier’s Employees”) are to conduct business with and deal with us.

We, Principle and its subsidiaries, operate under the master brand name Principle.

In alignment with our values, we are committed to striking the right balance across clients, employees and communities. Our values are built on providing excellent service to our clients and each other, a work ethic that promotes teamwork to succeed, taking personal responsibility for high performance, diversity for growth, and innovation and integrity in everything we do. Our organisation, and all of our employees, have a duty to comply with applicable laws and regulations, and are expected to behave responsibly and ethically.

We expect partners to operate in accordance with values comparable to ours and in a manner which is consistent with prudent business practices.

All partners must read, sign and commit to our expectations set out in Principles’ Charters.

Compliance and Monitoring

We expect Partners to comply with this Code and our Charters. For some services, because of their significance for our business and the type of activities they involve, we may require a Partner to periodically confirm in writing to our Compliance Lead, that they meet the requirements of this Code and Charters. In addition, all partners must willingly participate (if applicable) in any audits we carry out at your premises or on sites where a service is being provided.

Failure to comply with this ‘Code’ and our ‘Charters’ may result in the termination of a partner’s relationship with us.
