Booz & Company
The separation of global management consulting firm Booz & Company from its parent, Booz Allen Hamilton, necessitated a speedy rebranding programme. Fifty sites worldwide had to be ready for the launch of the new company – and there were only 22 days to do it in. On top of that, everything had to be kept under wraps until the very last moment.
Working to guidelines devised by Booz & Company’s brand creation agency Wolff Olins, we came up with a solution to this ‘mission impossible’ brief. We created a standard pack of parts for each location, including modular posters for reception areas, wall-mounted plaques and free-standing signs.
Because of the time constraints, we manufactured the kits centrally and air-freighted them to each location, using our local installation partners to fix them in situ.
Everything was ready in time for the global launch – and our temporary solution was so good, it was kept in place permanently.
