Barclays Premier
Barclays recently created a specially branded Premier banking solution for selected global clients, offering luxurious meeting rooms, hospitality areas and business banking in branches all over the world.
The key to success of the brand was to ensure consistency from Abu Dhabi to Paris – wherever customers travelled, they had to find themselves in familiar surroundings, with the same look, feel and quality standards.
Working with Barclays’ design agency, FutureBrand, we helped to develop a new interior and exterior brand environment. The interiors were particularly striking, designed around a space-age central column, with tickertape digital messaging and curved corian ‘business bar’ desks.
We then implemented this in major capital cities throughout the world, from London to Delhi, using specialist local installation firms from our network. The result was a stunning brand that sets the bank apart from its competitors.
There was an added bonus for the bankers. Advice from our financial advisers KPMG allowed us to plan the implementation with significant savings in taxes and duties.
